- Full Account Control: You can delete your account and all associated progress data at any time from the app or by emailing us.
1. Information We Collect
FirstProfit is designed around data minimization. We only collect the minimal information necessary to authenticate your account and save your 30-day sprint progress:
Your email address and display name, provided when you sign in via Apple Sign-In (including Apple Private Relay), Google Sign-In, or passwordless Email Sign-In.
Your active sprint day, completed micro-tasks, time spent on missions, logged first profit milestones (e.g. $25 goal unlocks), and optional community cheers or comments you choose to post publicly in the Community Wins feed.
We do NOT collect financial bank credentials, credit card numbers, precise GPS coordinates, biometric data, or your device contact lists.
2. Authentication Services (Apple & Google)
FirstProfit supports multiple secure sign-in methods:
- Sign in with Apple: We support Apple's “Hide My Email” relay service. If selected, Apple generates a private, randomized email address forwarded to your inbox. We never receive your real email address.
- Sign in with Google: Google securely shares your verified email address and basic profile display name. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or calendar.
- Email Authentication: If signing in with email, we only use your email to authenticate your session and sync your active sprint data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information exclusively to:
- Authenticate your identity and restore your sprint progress across devices.
- Provide contextual, personalized Day 1 - Day 30 missions tailored to your skills.
- Power the on-demand AI Execution Coach with relevant sprint context.
- Display your milestone posts and cheers in the member Community Wins feed.
- Provide customer support when you reach out to our team.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, license, or monetize your personal data. We do not share your email address with third-party advertisers or marketers.
We only use industry-standard infrastructure service providers (such as cloud hosting and database infrastructure) solely to operate the FirstProfit mobile application and website securely.
5. Account Deletion & Data Retention
In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time:
How to delete your account:
- Inside the FirstProfit iOS app: Navigate to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Via email: Send a request to mishraanmol258@gmail.com with the subject “Delete My Account”.
Upon request, your account, authentication tokens, sprint milestones, and community posts will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 business days.
6. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, or disclosure. All communication between the app and our servers uses industry-standard TLS encryption.
