By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the FirstProfit mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use FirstProfit.

2. Nature of the Service & Educational Disclaimer

FirstProfit is a gamified productivity and execution application designed to provide structured daily 35-minute sprints and AI-assisted drafting assistance.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or Email). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at mishraanmol258@gmail.com.

4. Community Wins Guidelines

When participating in the Community Wins feed, you agree to:

• Share only genuine milestones and truthful progress.
• Refrain from spamming, promotional links, harassment, or abusive behavior.
• Respect fellow builders and maintain a supportive, constructive environment.

We reserve the right to remove any post or suspend accounts that violate community safety standards.

5. Intellectual Property

The FirstProfit name, logo, visual designs, 3D illustrations, and software code are the intellectual property of Anmol Mishra. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our materials without written authorization.

6. Account Deletion & Termination

You may discontinue using the app at any time. You can delete your account directly inside the app settings or by contacting mishraanmol258@gmail.com.
